We work hard at Rollee Pollee to make sure that all of our customers are happy!

If your order is damaged during shipping, or if it’s flawed because of manufacturing error on our part, we’ll replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you. Hey, we’re not perfect but we’ll make it right!

If you send us a picture of any defect, you probably won’t have to return your order. But, we might want to see the mistake with our own eyes, to make sure it doesn’t happen again. In this case we would pay for the return shipping of course.

If you made a mistake with your order, or your needs changed and you would like to receive a refund, you must return the products unused and in their original condition, and you will pay for return shipping. Please contact us to arrange your return; we will approve your return with a confirmation email. We do not accept returns without our prior approval.
